Around the world line dancing has become an increasingly popular way to strengthen and tone muscle, build cardiovascular endurance, reduce stress, compete, have fun, lose weight and keep fit.   Line dancing is defined as a repeated sequence of choreographed steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows without regard to gender or age, all facing the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Line dancing is a beautiful sight to see.  Imagine, a whole room of people moving and grooving to dances that were choreographed by fellow line dancers from all across the U.S.
